DrapeUp
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
DrapeUp helps Shopify merchants prepare apparel product listings, variant matrices, images, pricing checks, and channel export files. This policy explains what data the app uses and how merchants can request deletion.
Information We Process
When a merchant installs DrapeUp, the app stores the shop domain, Shopify session information, selected plan state, app settings, product listing drafts, generated variant data, image-processing manifests, supplier price monitor records, and channel sync job records.
DrapeUp requests the write_products Shopify access scope so merchants can create or prepare product listings. The app does not request protected customer data scopes and does not intentionally store customer personal information.
How We Use Information
We use merchant shop and product workflow data to operate the app, save drafts, generate Shopify product payloads, export CSV files, track feature usage, and provide subscription-gated capabilities.
Data Sharing
DrapeUp does not sell merchant data. Data is processed to provide the app service and may be stored in the app database and infrastructure providers used to host the app.
Data Deletion
If a shop uninstalls DrapeUp or Shopify sends a mandatory data erasure webhook, DrapeUp removes shop-specific sessions, profiles, drafts, jobs, templates, price monitor records, channel sync records, and usage counters associated with that shop.
